Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil — Small Drop, BIG Heat.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken Leg 4pcs
Light soy 4 tbsps
Dark Soy 2 tbsps
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Spring Onions 1 stalk
Roasted Sesame Seed, garnish
Water 1 cup
Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil, drizzle - Double Pagoda Sesame Oil, drizzle
STEPS
Boiling water over skin.
Marination Sauce - Light Soy, Dark Soy, Brown Sugar, Oyster Sauce mix together. Add water to smoothen the mixture.
Pour marinated sauce over and rub on chicken set aside for 30 mins for marination.
Base Ginger and Spring Onions into the rice cooker.
Add marinated chicken and drizzle Double Pagoda Sesame Oil over chicken, run rice cooker for 30 mins.
Garnish Spring onion julienne and Roasted Sesame Seed on serving dish.
Set 2 chicken leg aside for peeling pour with Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil.
