Double Pagoda Mala Soy Chicken 麻辣麻油鸡

Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil — Small Drop, BIG Heat.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Leg 4pcs

  • Light soy 4 tbsps

  • Dark Soy 2 tbsps

  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Brown Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Ginger 1 tbsp

  • Spring Onions 1 stalk

  • Roasted Sesame Seed, garnish

  • Water 1 cup

  • Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil, drizzle - Double Pagoda Sesame Oil, drizzle

STEPS

  1. Boiling water over skin.

  2. Marination Sauce - Light Soy, Dark Soy, Brown Sugar, Oyster Sauce mix together. Add water to smoothen the mixture.

  3. Pour marinated sauce over and rub on chicken set aside for 30 mins for marination.

  4. Base Ginger and Spring Onions into the rice cooker.

  5. Add marinated chicken and drizzle Double Pagoda Sesame Oil over chicken, run rice cooker for 30 mins.

  6. Garnish Spring onion julienne and Roasted Sesame Seed on serving dish.

  7. Set 2 chicken leg aside for peeling pour with Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil.
