STEPS
Pierce holes to midjoint.
Marination - Light Soy, Oyster Sauce, Cooking Wine, salt, sugar and Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil.
Bake salted egg yolk, mashed.
Coat wings with cornstarch.
Pan Fry set aside.
Another pan, add Double Pagoda Garlic Oil, pan fry mashed salted egg yolk.
