Double Pagoda Mala Salted Egg Wings 咸蛋辣翅鸡

Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil — Small Drop, BIG Heat.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Mid joint 15pcs

  • Light soy 1 tbsp

  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Cooking Wine 1 tbsp

  • Salt, a pinch

  • Sugar, a pinch

  • Salted Egg Yolk 9pcs

  • Corn starch 5 tbsps

  • Olive oil 1 tbsp

  • Curry leave 1 cup

  • Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil, drizzle

  • Double Pagoda Garlic Oil, drizzle

STEPS

  1. Pierce holes to midjoint.

  2. Marination - Light Soy, Oyster Sauce, Cooking Wine, salt, sugar and Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil.

  3. Bake salted egg yolk, mashed.

  4. Coat wings with cornstarch.

  5. Pan Fry set aside.

  6. Another pan, add Double Pagoda Garlic Oil, pan fry mashed salted egg yolk.

  7. Until foamy and textured, add curry leave continue to foam.

  8. Add a touch of Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil, pour in the wings to coat evenly.
