Double Pagoda Mala Mushroom Egg Rice 麻辣菌菇滑蛋饭

Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil — Small Drop, BIG Heat.

INGREDIENTS

  • Oyster Mushroom 50g

  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Double Pagoda Mala Sesame Oil, spray / drizzle

  • Corn Starch 1 tbsp

  • Spring Onions, garnish

  • Rice 1 bowl

STEPS

1. Milk whisk with eggs.

2. Heat up Double Pagoda Garlic Oil, semi molten omelette, set a side.

3. Drizzle Double Pagoda Garlic Oil.

4. Add mushrooms, oyster sauce stir fry.

5. Pour Double Pagoda Mala sesame oil, stir fry.

6. Add cornstarch water, incorporate to sauce.

7. Spoon over egg on rice, topping with stir fry mushroom, garnish with spring onion.

8. Finishing touch with Double Pagoda Mala Sesame oil.

  • Garnish: Additional garnish as desired, roasted sesame seeds, spring onion, chopped coriander. Serve: Steamboat pairing as desired.
