Double Pagoda Steamboat Sauces
Golden sauce, with special extract fragrant oil - The soulmate of steamboat. -
INGREDIENTS
12 tbsp Double Pagoda sesame oil
6 tbsp Double Pagoda chili oil
4 tbsp Double Pagoda garlic oil
2 tbsp Double Pagoda szechuan oil
18 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp vinegar 4 tbsp spring onion
2 tsp fermented bean curd
8 tbsp chopped coriander (4 Portions)
4 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chili padi
Steamboat ingredients (as desired)
STEPS
Peanut sesame sauce: In a bowl, add
6 tbsp of peanut butter and
3 tbsp of Double Pagoda sesame oil and mix.
Spicy sesame sauce: In another bowl, add
1/2 cup peanut sesame sauce (reference above),
2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp vinegar,
2 tbsp Double Pagoda sesame oil,
2 tbsp spring onion,
2 tbsp Double Pagoda chili oil,
2 tbsp Double Pagoda Sze Chuan oil and mix.
Spicy fermented bean curd sesame sauce: In a bowl, add
1/2 cup peanut sesame sauce (reference above),
2 tsp fermented bean curd,
4 tbsp chopped coriander,
4 tbsp Double Pagoda chili oil and mix.
Sesame garlic sauce: In a bowl, combine
2 tbsp oyster sauce,
2 tbsp sugar,
4 tbsp Double Pagoda sesame oil,
2 tbsp Double Pagoda garlic oil,
4 tbsp chopped coriander,
2 tbsp spring onion.
Spicy sesame garlic sauce: In a bowl combine
2 tbsp of oyster sauce,
4 tbsp of Double Pagoda sesame oil,
2 tbsp of Double Pagoda garlic oil,
2 tbsp of chopped chili padi,
2 tbsp of chopped spring onion.
Garnish: Additional garnish as desired, roasted sesame seeds, spring onion, chopped coriander. Serve: Steamboat pairing as desired.
