Spicy Tomato Pasta with Garlic and Chili Oil

Flavours brings out in different layers of pasta. Each noodle well coated with flavour.

INGREDIENTS

Pasta:

  • 1 tbsp Double Pagoda sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp Double Pagoda garlic oil

  • 1 tbsp Double Pagoda chili oil

  • a pot of water ½ pack of pasta

  • 1 pinch of salt for boiling + 2 pinch of salt for taste

  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce (pasta sauce)

  • 10 fresh cherry tomatoes

  • 5 brown mushroom

Garnish:

  • Parsley

  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese

STEPS

Pasta:

  • Drizzle and add Double Pagoda sesame oil and 1 pinch of salt into boiling water.

  • Add pasta and cook for 11 mins.

  • Drain the pasta.

  • Scoop a small bowl of pasta water.

  • To the frying pan add Double Pagoda garlic oil, Mushrooms and stir Cherry tomatoes and stir Tomato sauce and stir Pasta water and stir Double Pagoda Chili oil and salt Pasta

  • Serve and top with parsley and parmesan cheese.
