Salmon Sashimi with Ginger and Spicy Sesame Oil

Salmon Sashimi with Ginger and Spicy Sesame Oil Ginger and Spicy sesame oil brings out the freshness of salmon sashimi

INGREDIENTS

Salmon sashimi:

  • 2 tbsp Double Pagoda ginger oil

  • 2 tbsp Double Pagoda spicy sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp fresh orange juice

  • 2 trays salmon sashimi

  • 1 tbsp sliced ginger

  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onions

  • 3 red chilli padi

Garnish: Coriander

STEPS

Soy-citrus sauce:

  1. Add in soy sauce, lime juice, orange juices and stir.

Salmon sashimi:

  1. Chop ginger, spring onion and red chilli padi.

  2. Arrange slices of salmon on plate and top with the ginger, spring onion and red chilli.

  3. Drizzle the Double Pagoda ginger oil and Double Pagoda spicy sesame oil over the salmon pieces.

  4. Spoon the soy-citrus sauce on top.

  5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
