Poke Bowl with Chee Seng Sesame Oil

INGREDIENTS
Sauce:
2 tbsp Chee Seng sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp black vinegar
Marinate sashimi:
2 tbsp Chee Seng sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 cloves garlic minced
2 spring onion stalks
Rice bowl:
1 bowl of cooked sushi rice
½ Avocado
1 Cucumber
½ cup frozen corn
3 tbsp Edamame
1 pack of Wakame
⅛ Purple cabbage
2 box Sashimi
Garnish:
Black and white roasted sesame seeds (1 pinch each)
STEPS
Sauce:
Adding in soy sauce, Chee Seng sesame oil, black vinegar and mix.
Marinate:
Adding in rice vinegar, maple syrup, Chee Seng sesame oil, garlic, onion and mix.
Pour sashimi in and mix well.
Marinate for 20 mins.
Rice bowl:
Heat up frozen corn and edamame in the microwave for 1 minute.
Assemble poke bowl with cooked sushi rice as a base.
Pour the sauce over the poke bowl.
Sprinkle black and white roasted sesame and serve.
