INGREDIENTS
Rice bowl:
6 tbsp Chee Seng sesame oil (marinate and cooking)
1 bowl of cooked rice
1 cup minced chicken
½ cup kimchi
2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup spring onions
2 tbsp cooking wine
Garnish:
Chee Seng sesame oil
⅛ cup diced Spring onion
Egg yolk
STEPS
Prep cooked rice.
Marinate minced chicken with 2 tbsp Chee Seng sesame oil for 30mins in the fridge.
Add 4 tbsp of Chee Seng sesame oil to the pan.
Add minced chicken and stir fry.
Add kimchi and stir fry.
Add ginger and oyster sauce and stir fry.
Add spring onion and cooking wine and stir fry.
Assemble the cooked ingredients on a rice bowl.
Finish with an egg yolk.
Diced spring onions to garnish.
Drizzle with sesame oil as desired.
