Sushi Wrap with Chee Seng Sesame Oil
Flavourful rice. Distinct fragrance even among all the different ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
For 2 Wraps:
1 tbsp Chee Seng sesame oil for frying
1 bowl of cooked rice
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
3 tbsp Seaweed flakes ½ cucumber (3 pieces each wrap)
4 slices luncheon meat
2 eggs
2 Seaweed sheet
2 Slice cheese
STEPS
Add Chee Seng sesame oil, rice vinegar and seaweed flakes to a bowl of cooked rice and mix
Slice cucumber and luncheon meat.
Pan fry egg and luncheon meat.
Lay seaweed sheet on the cling wrap.
Cut seaweed sheet from bottom center to middle point.
Place ingredients in quarters and fold clockwise.
Wrap with cling wrap.
Cut in half
